After careful analyses and consultations with the operator of the business centre and the investor of the reconstruction we presented a design which strongly advances the design development of lobbies in business centres in category A. Moreover, it does not only reflect the functional requirements of the main tenants in the building but also the standards for operation and maintenance required by the investor and the standards and norms as well. As for the choice of materials, we went for wood and wood veneer, and combined it with greenery in the background while integrating energetically demanding features, fire protection and operational safety requirements. The resulting design strikes the right balance that the investor acknowledged and then realized in April and May 2016.
We are indeed happy that since this summer the tenants and visitors of block E of the Apollo BC II. and our employees as well enter their workplace via this new space.
