The site respects the location of the old market, and through gestures and choice of materials invites its interrelationship pedestrian flows creating new urban spaces of relationship between the city and the user. The location of the old market square crown creating the new front facade of it , finishing the new pedestrian shopping corridor that was implanted in recent years in the city of Adelantado, with the creation of footpaths that run longitudinally and vertically helmet old city. Respect for cubic volumes without major proyectuales movements , respecting the idiosyncrasies of the first buildings established in the city, whether as respect for freedom of movement of citizens, practical foundation of the first non-fortified city in Europe, where the limits are not established by architectural barriers.

The project reflects the freedom of movement of users allowed to flow through the circulation buildability through a permeable skin that wraps around the building in different languages.

Design a unique space that replaces a building with character and recognized user has to contemplate the interpellation between new functional concepts and the way of understanding of these spaces by users. The market lagoon now houses a varied set of stans paint that mixed together creating a unique environment for the Laguna society. The diversity of culture and products of the islands is reflected daily in the products displayed and users thereof.

The way space from their project seeks to respect the historic city edificatoria morphology of Adelantado, colonial architecture where the areas of greatest practical interest ran in close relation to a central courtyard that was generated and distributed itself as the backbone of the building. The juxtaposition of these elements of our architectural proposal in which the market itself focuses flow volume users and implanted as the great generator shaft creating common spaces and circulation in the space between the inner volume and the outer skin.

The volume of the new building must be able to reflect this diversity and show that from the modern architectural concepts are eco- ecologies represent viable and functional solutions that respect the ideology and way of understanding the spaces.

The functionality of a commercial space that is implanted in different levels to be able to redistribute flows users a quick, direct and uncomplicated way. The visual contact from outside users on different levels generates understanding of space, the distribution of sales positions at these levels by not classifying activities and recognition by most of the regulars from the usual posts shopping ensuring distribution of the flows through the different levels.

Implement from the base proyectual ecology sustainability of the proposal in relation to the economic sustainability of these same, generated based on a design idea that respects the environment.

Solutions to ensure the economic sustainability of the proposed methods of creating energy savings through natural ventilation, natural lighting of spaces, protection of the outer envelope of solar radiation through a filter material to ensure the passage of light, creating a microclimate inside the house.

Re-use of natural means, by collecting storm water treatment and storage ys back waters. Reusing the same for use in toilets and irrigation of vegetable elements.

Using the construction and use of recyclable materials in the same building components that may be the end of life recycling as well as the durability of the same and the need for a low maintenance, may create using construction materials in the project. Which are accepted and used since the design idea itself creating spaces and responding to them by the same construction features.
